DESCRIPTION:Stochastic models of complex networks with limited resources a
rise in a wide variety of applications in science and engineering\, e.g.\,
in computer systems\, customer service facilities\, manufacturing\, trans
 portation\, telecommunications\, and systems biology.&nbsp\;Bottlenecks in
such networks cause congestion\, leading to queueing and delay.&nbsp\;\nU
nderstanding &nbsp\;the dynamic behavior of such modern stochastic network
s present challenging mathematical problems. This talk will describe how r
eflected diffusion processes can be used to analyze and control such netwo
 rks.
