DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will recall briefly stacks of (global) shtuka
 s and talk about two properties: outside the level\, the proper direct ima
 ge of the Satake sheaves is ind-lisse\; at the level\, the proper direct i
 mage commutes with nearby cycles. The last property is a joint work with A
 rnaud Eteve\, and is used in the proof of local-global compatibility.
