DESCRIPTION:It is well known that one of the challenges in having algebrai
c varieties as moduli spaces is that the objects under consideration often
have non-trivial endomorphisms. In this talk\, I will show that by fixing
the algebra of endomorphisms of unstable vector bundles\, it becomes feas
ible to construct moduli spaces that are (quasi)-projective varieties. The
existence of such moduli spaces is closely related to Twisted Brill-Noeth
 er Theory and Butler's conjecture.
