DESCRIPTION:In recent work\, Ardakov and Wadsley constructed admissible lo
 cally analytic representations of GL_2 over a p-adic field by studying equ
 ivariant line bundles with connection on the Drinfeld upper half-plane. In
  this talk\, after discussing the GL_2 case\, we will attempt to extend th
 eir work to higher dimensions. We will define an analogue of Ardakov and W
 adsley's rings of differential operators and study whether this is the cor
 rect object\, followed by outlining a proof of coadmissibility of Drinfeld
  line bundles.
