DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will present upcoming work proving a "weak tu
 rbulent" instability for quasilinear wave equations on Schwarzschild-AdS b
 lack holes. The instability is governed by a stably trapped 3-mode interac
 tion transferring energy from low-to high-frequency modes. Our result is m
 otivated by the question of the stability of black holes in the presence o
 f a negative cosmological constant. This is joint work with Georgios Mosch
 idis (EPFL).\n
