DESCRIPTION:How does cooperation around meta-ecosystems shape regional and
  global ordering? What happens when this order is disrupted? In this semin
 ar\, Dr. Elana Wilson Rowe will present findings of the ERC-funded ‘The 
 Lorax project: Understanding Ecosystemic Politics’\, which has explored 
 how states and other actors are shaping global order by ‘speaking for’
  border-crossing ecosystems on a global stage. We then turn to the questio
 n of disruption and discuss how Arctic regional cooperation has been impac
 ted by Russia’s war against Ukraine.\n \nThe seminar sets aside ample ti
 me for discussion and Elana is also happy to answer questions about her ex
 periences in applying for and managing an ERC starting grant.
