 DAOs are fundamental in reflecting the decentralised nature of community g
 overnance based on blockchain technology. Instead of a central authority t
 hat makes decisions for a protocol\, a DAO is a community driven entity wh
 ere decisions are made by consensus of its members (or holders of its gove
 rnance tokens) who vote on the details of the proposed transaction. In thi
 s informative session\, we will be discussing latest trends affecting DAOs
  including legal wrappers\, tokenholder governance mechanics\, legal and p
 ractical considerations for administering a DAO and tokenholder liability 
 protection.
