DESCRIPTION:The self-dual twistor distribution of a 4-dimensional split-co
 nformal manifoldis an induced rank 2 distribution on the 5-dimensional spa
 ce of all real self-dualnull 2-planes. There are known examples of such di
 stributions whose symmetry algebrais the exceptional Lie algebra of type G
 2. In this talk we present a classificationof a class of conformal structu
 res with G2-symmetric twistor distributions and discusssome of their prope
