DESCRIPTION:The increasing availability and resolution of spatially resolv
ed sequencing on human tissue samples\, such as Spatial Transcriptomics (S
T)\, provides rich and spatially resolved molecular information to diagnos
e and analyse tumours beyond the morphological information routinely avail
able to pathologists through Whole Slide Images. Complex morphological and
molecular spatial information becoming available at scale requires buildi
ng robust multimodal AI architectures that take advantage of such high-dim
ensional information. \n\nThis talk will cover recent advancements from ou
r group in building such models\, looking at the intersection of robust mu
ltimodal learning\, learning from hierarchical structures\, and representa
tion learning for spatially resolved transcriptomics. \n\n"You can also jo
