DESCRIPTION:Flavour physics and CP violation provide powerful probes for p
 hysics beyond the Standard Model that are sensitive to very high energy sc
 ales beyond direct detection experiments. The construction of the unitarit
 y triangle provides the ultimate probe for flavoured new physics. We discu
 ss current highlights of this program in the sectors of beauty\, charm and
  strange quark decays.
