DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will present recent developments and ongoing 
 work aimed at extending the holographic correspondence beyond the conforma
 lity. A central focus will be on holographic dualities involving Dp-branes
  with $p\\neq3$. I will start by reviewing the gravitational duals to thei
 r worldvolume theories\, i.e. maximally supersymmetric Yang–Mills (MSYM)
  theories in $d\\neq4$ and highlight a set of precise tests supporting the
  proposed dualities. By analytically continuing these setups in dimension\
 , I will demonstrate how the limit $p\\rightarrow 0$ grants access to nove
 l observables in the BMN matrix quantum mechanics. Time permitting\, I wil
 l outline upcoming research directions that go beyond maximal supersymmetr
 y and incorporate more general observables\, such as holographic correlato
 rs.
