DESCRIPTION:When an oilfield is abandoned it is not because no oil remains
 .  Instead\na combination of technical and commercial factors combine and 
 these lead\nthe field operators to cease production.  Change the operator\
 , change\nthe technology\, change the understanding\, change the oil price
  or change\nthe mindset and it might be possible to generate a commerciall
 y\nattractive project.  The Argyll Field was unwanted and abandoned after\
 n17 years of production.  The first ever North Sea field in production it\
 nbecame the first ever abandoned field to be redeveloped.  This is its\nst
 ory.
