DESCRIPTION:We analyze Lyapunov stabilization of the Schrödinger equation
  for a coupling control operator containing both a bi-linear and a quadrat
 ic term.\n     We show numerically that the contribution of the quadratic 
 part cannot be exploited by standard Lyapounov techniques and propose two 
 improvements: discontinuous feedback and periodic (time dependent) feedbac
 k.\n     For both cases we present theoretical and numerical results
