DESCRIPTION:Hyperbolic groups are characterised by having a linear Dehn fu
 nction. This property does not pass to finitely presented subgroups by wor
 k of Brady. This opens the question of what Dehn functions of finitely pre
 sented subgroups of hyperbolic groups can be. In this talk I will detail w
 hat is known and give an example where we give an explicit computation of 
 an upper bound. This is joint work with Claudio Llosa Isenrich and Ignat S
 oroko.
