DESCRIPTION:We study the dynamical scaling of long-range O(N) models after
a sudden quench to the critical temperature\, using a functional renormal
ization group approach. This framework allows us to characterize both shor
t-time aging and long-time relaxation\, and to show that their critical pr
operties can be tuned by varying the range of the power-law interactions.
Our results substantially improve on perturbative predictions\, as demonst
rated by benchmarks against Monte Carlo simulations and the large-N limit.
Moreover\, we extend the effective-dimension approach to non-equilibrium
settings. Finally\, we highlight a possible thermodynamic advantage of lon
g-range systems in critical heat engines: by relaxing faster near critical
ity\, they enable enhanced finite-time performance.
