 g fusion of music\, cinema and documentary\, this digital video opera reca
 lls three events from the twentieth century: the crash of the Hindenburg Z
 eppelin\, the nuclear bomb testings at Bikini Atoll\, and the cloning of D
 olly the Sheep. Three Tales tells the story of technology’s growing domi
 nance in the twentieth century\, and its evolving relationship with man. T
 hree Tales combines five of Cambridge’s finest vocalists and the contemp
 orary music group Ensemble BPM \, playing live to a film which features ar
 chive footage\, audiovisual documentary and interviews with leading scient
 ists including Marvin Minsky and Richard Dawkins. Pre-performance talks by
