DESCRIPTION:I will describe a non-perturbative numerical method for captur
 ing QFT dynamics in real time. After a general introduction explaining thi
 s CFT based method\, I will describe some recent applications of the metho
 d in 2d and 3d.  Some of the applications will be to non-Lagrangian theori
 es.  If time permits\, I will also describe our study of high-energy state
 s in QFT and their connection to ideas about quantum chaos\, ergodicity\, 
 and eigenstate thermalization.
