 archers to learn how companies are managing the transition from products t
 o services today. \n\nThe objective of this session is to present and disc
 uss the initial development of a conceptual and measurement framework for 
 service-driven manufacturing organizations. \n\nInitial results of an ongo
 ing\, multi-stage research project conducted in Mexico\, aiming to underst
