DESCRIPTION:After reviewing the classical theory of quiver moduli spaces v
 ia Mumford’s reductive GIT\, I will report on joint work with Victoria H
 oskins and Tanguy Vernet which constructs moduli spaces for representation
 s of quivers with multiplicities. Along the way I will indicate the challe
 nges posed by this generalisations\, namely the non-reductivity of the gro
 ups we need to quotient by\, and outline the theoretical developments (joi
 nt with Eloise Hamilton and Victoria Hoskins) that make this possible.
