DESCRIPTION:This workshop looks at 'releasing' potential rather than just 
 'realising' it - the focus will be on what you think your potential is\, i
 n or outside of work.  Women aspire to and achieve many things and it is i
 mportant that all dreams\, efforts and successes are equally valued\, whet
 her they are professional or personal\, paid or unpaid\, visible or privat
 e\, internal or external\, domestic or social.  This workshop will look at
  what might be holding you back - internal doubts or external forces - and
  how you can overcome those hurdles to do what you want to do\, go where y
 ou want to go\, be who you want to be.  \n \nThe session is open to women 
 of all grades across the University - Assistant\, Academic Related\, Resea
 rch\, Academic.  It is a development event hosted by E&D in conjunction wi
 th HR and so you are able to attend within work time.\n \nJo Bostock has b
 een working as an executive coach\, group facilitator and organisational c
 onsultant since 1997.  Typically Jo is brought in to work with talented in
 dividuals and teams who have the capacity to significantly influence their
  organisations.  She engages them in a stimulating inquiry into how best t
 o realise their potential in an authentic and highly productive way.  Sinc
 e founding Pause Consultancy in 2004 Jo has worked with organisations as d
 iverse as DHL\,  the Southbank Centre\, Linklaters\, the NHS\, Morgan Stan
 ley\, Amnesty International\, Peretti Communications\, Nokia and the Forei
 gn Office.\n\nLunch is provided.\n
