 , Ising\, self-avoiding polymers) are conjectured to have conformally inva
 riant scaling limits at critical temperatures\, which was used by physicis
 ts in deriving many of their properties. Proving these conjectures require
 s finding “discrete conformal invariants” associated with the models.\
