DESCRIPTION:This seminar explores how AIoT technologies can drive\nsustain
 ability\, health\, and inclusion. We begin with smart farming in controlle
 d environments\, highlighting indoor vertical agriculture where intelligen
 t lighting\, HVAC optimisation\, and data-driven management enable high-ef
 ficiency food production and support net-zero\ngoals. We then examine AI-e
 nhanced infection-control strategies\, focusing on automated hand-hygiene 
 monitoring and auditing systems that improve compliance and reduce transmi
 ssion risks. Finally\, we introduce accessibility applications that combin
 e millimetre-wave(mmWave) sensing and backscattering with large language m
 odel (LLM)\nintelligence to provide real-time navigation assistance for pe
 ople with vision impairments. Together\, these applications demonstrate ho
 w AIoT can be harnessed to build more sustainable\, healthier\, and more\n
 inclusive communities.
