DESCRIPTION:Public conversations about women’s safety tend to focus on s
treets\, strangers\, and personal precautions. This talk begins with a sim
ple question that unsettles those assumptions and leads somewhere unexpect

often misrecognised\, how trust and intimacy can become sites of risk\, a
nd why some forms of harm remain difficult to see\, even when they are wid
 espread.
