DESCRIPTION:Motile active matter needs to be capable of autonomous motion\
, i.e. under globally force- and torque-free conditions. Still\, living mo
tile agents need to be able to navigate and communicate in response to ext
ernal and self-generated fields. In synthetic active matter\, we want to m
imic such behaviours by creating bio-inspired taxes. Active emulsions are
a three-component minimal swimmer model\, yet are able to chemotax\, rheot
 ax\, electro- and magnetotax.
