DESCRIPTION:An evening of poetry featuring works by three poets: Robert Ha
 yden\, American Poet Laureate and scholar of Black history and folklore\, 
 Mahvash Sabet\, winner of the PEN Pinter Prize and International Writer of
  Courage\, and Táhirih\, 19th century Persian poetess and fearless champi
 on of women's emancipation. The poems of Táhirih were researched and publ
 ished by Cambridge Professor and Pembroke College scholar Edward Granville
  Browne (1862-1926).\n\nShort biographies will precede the poetry readings
  and there will also be time to discuss\, reflect and mingle after the rea
 dings.\n\nOrganised by the Cambridge University Bahá'í Society.
