DESCRIPTION:The LHCb experiment at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider has deli
 vered a suite of high-precision measurements that test the Standard Model 
 of Particle Physics. In this talk I will discuss a selection of these resu
 lts\, focusing on how the experiment has studied the physics of electrowea
 k bosons in order to test the QCD and electroweak sectors of the Standard 
 Model. I will also discuss the broader context and implications of this wo
 rk\, including (for example) the Tevatron-LHC W boson mass combination. I 
 will also look to the future\, and consider what we exciting results we ca
 n expect in the coming years.
