DESCRIPTION:I will review the current observational evidence for spinning 
 dust emission with an emphasis on targeted measurements towards galactic o
 bjects.  These data are \noften contradictory and a number of alternative 
 physical processes must be dismissed before many detections in the literat
 ure can be verified as definitively arising from spinning dust.  I will di
 scuss the limitations of currently available datasets and the potential fo
 r future work on this subject.
