 opics are related  to the investigations of  the following structures:\n
 – epitaxial quasi-zero dimensional structures (dots\, dashes\, rods\, co
 lumns)\n–  mid infrared quantum well based laser structures\n–  nitrid
 es for near infrared and UV applications\,\n–  nanocrystalline materials
 \nThe achievements on  the spectroscopy of  two dimensional hole systems  
    (Quantum Hall Skyrmions and charges excitons ) will also be shown.\n
