DESCRIPTION:The Seminar will focus on using enterprise solutions in tackli
 ng poverty and bringing social transformation through a combination of inn
 ovation\, finance and social entrepreneurship- businesses with both financ
 ial and social aims.  Based on his long experiences in developed and devel
 oping world\, Dr Tan will also specifically introduce how healthcare innov
 ations funded by innovative financing are changing the lives of the poor a
 nd social metrics used in monitoring and evaluation.
