DESCRIPTION:Jon Sanders\nJon is an alumnus of Trinity Hall and has worked 
 as a technician and director. In 1998 he directed the feminist Western Pai
 nted Angels starring Brenda Fricker and Kelly McGillis. He is the principl
 e author of The Belgrade Manifesto\, discussed at the Belgrade Festival of
  Auteur Film in December 2007 and signed by many directors\, writers and c
 ritics\, which “is a response to the current crisis in arthouse cinema: 
 shrinking finance\, over-controlling bureaucracies and\, above all\, the s
