 lendar is about the physical movement of our planet around the sun. This k
 eeps our attention on the physical\, material world. In this way\, our cal
 endar is a powerful tool to dominate our consciousness\, producing us as w
 orkers and consumers and keeping us focused on materialism.\nThe Mayan Cal
 endar keeps track of the energies of each day. To the Maya\, each day is s
 acred\, and has it's own energies coming from the heart of the Universe.\n
 What will happen when the Mayan Calendar comes to an end? How is our exper
 ience of current world events related to the process of evolving conscious
 ness? Why do we feel the acceleration of time?\nThis talk reveals the spir
 itual nature of the Mayan Calendar\, and charts the progress of the schedu
