DESCRIPTION:‘Places’ is the fourth in a series of workshops entitled 
 ‘In the Wake of War’organised by the Cambridge Post-Conflict and Post-
 Crisis Group. After a workshop which focused on the impact of war on peopl
 e (June2010) this one will explore the transformative impact of conflict a
 nd its aftermath on the materiality of places and spaces and our perceptio
