 Imperative: Creating a Strategic Future’ and ‘Journey of Ascent’\, i
 n presenting an afternoon seminar on creating a healthy work environment a
 nd successful partnerships. The afternoon will be broken down into 3 secti
 ons\; Innovation: the Road to the Future\, How to Manage Co-Worker Relatio
 nships and Creating a Cambridge Network.\n\nMichael’s lifelong commitmen
 t to innovation has allowed him to traverse many different arenas in his c
 areer. He began his corporate career in Eastman Kodak Company’s marketin
 g organization and in 1998\, co-founded NEW DIRECTIONS\, N.A.\, a consulti
 ng firm focused on Strategies for Cultural Integration to bring diverse co
 mmunities together to develop strategic alignment and common purpose for b
 oth the public and private sector. Much of Michael’s activities involve 
 executive coaching\, strategic planning\, change management and technology
  management.\n\nEBBF is a spiritually inspired non-governmental organisati
 on dedicated to bringing ethical values\, personal virtues and moral leade
 rship into our workplaces. We are very happy to host Michael in introducin
