DESCRIPTION:Social media tools are redefining the way consumers receive in
 formation about products and services\, and allowing them to connect to ot
 her people with the same health conditions to share experiences. \n\nSince
  many of the most costly and chronic diseases are life-style related\, tap
 ping into consumers’ desire to stay vital and healthy for longer is very
