 ities can take cutting carbon into their own\nhands. Alexis Rowell will ta
 lk about how to work with your council and act locally to make a differenc
 e. Alexis was a city councillor in the London Borough of Camden from 2006 
 to 2010\, and received the national Sustainability Councillor of the Year 
 award in 2010. Councillors\, local environmental activists\, community gro
 ups\, and anyone curious about the Transition movement are all welcome at
