DESCRIPTION:ABUSSEITOV KAIRAT KHUATOVICH - born in 1955\, he graduated fro
 m Kazakhstan State University\, History Department. Worked as a teacher in
  Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute. Graduated from Moscow State Universi
 ty with PhD in Historical Sciences. He was Deputy Dean of Kazakhstan State
  University and assistant professor of World Policy and International Affa
 irs department of Almati Political Sciences and Management Institute. In 1
 992-1993 he was program leader on foreign policy and national security of 
 Strategic research Centre at Kazakhstan Management\, Economy\, Forecast In
 stitute under President of Kazakhstan. \n\nSince 1993 he has been in the s
 ervice of Kazakhstan Republic Foreign Affairs Ministry. During 1996-1998 h
 e was Adviser in the Embassy of Kazakhstan to the US. From 1998 to 1999 he
  served as the Director of First Department and the Director of Multi-Late
 ral Cooperation Department. \n\nHis last posting before London was Ambassa
 dor of Kazakhstan to Switzerland. He was the First Deputy Minister of Fore
 ign Affairs before his Ambassadorships. \n
