DESCRIPTION:President Efthymiou will discuss the new shape of the European
  Security Architecture\, in the light of three Major Summits (EU\, NATO\, 
 OSCE)\, explaining the key role the OSCE can play in this new security arc
 hitecture\, placing particular emphasis on the Eurasian dimension of secur
 ity the OSCE adds to this (a more comprehensive\, inclusive and indivisibl
 e understanding of European Security). \n\nHe will refer to the re-emergen
 ce of Russia as a key player in Eurasian geoeconomics and geopolitics\, sc
 an through the Caucasus and its (frozen) conflicts\, as well as discuss th
 e 'rise of the rest' and how this may affect European Security.
