DESCRIPTION:Mixing is a process in which an electrically neutral meson is
produced with a given flavor\, but decays as its anti-particle partner. Mi
xing in the neutral D meson sector was first discussed in the nineteen sev
enties. However\, it has not been until the last years\, when sufficiently
large and well identified samples of neutral D meson decays have become a
vailable\, that clear evidence of mixing has been seen in several kinds of
time-dependent measurements. In the past three years\, both BaBar and Bel
le collaborations have established evidence of mixing in neutral D mesons\
, which has also been confirmed by the CDF collaboration.\n\nIn this talk\
, I will present a brief introduction to the phenomenon of mixing\, an ove
rview of all the different measurements on the field up to date\, and the
measurement of the mixing parameters in D0 --> Ks pi+ pi- and D0 --> Ks K+
  K- decays done in BaBar.
