DESCRIPTION:Joint IET/IMECHE lecture. Heat pumps are rapidly becoming an i
 mportant part of the push towards renewable energy systems and forms a sig
 nificant part of the Uk Government's 2050 Pathways initiative. Daikin are 
 one of the leading manufacturers of heat pumps in the Uk and in this talk 
 they will discuss topics including heat pump market overview\, drivers\, r
 egulations and the future expectations. They will also demonstrate heat pu
 mp benefits including the Daikin range and how a heat pump works\, its eff
 iciencies and savings. More detailed considerations such as the benefits o
 f inverter compressors and their use inside a Daikin AWHP and other factor
  such as weather compensation will also be included.
