DESCRIPTION:(Abstract to be confirmed)\n\nDr Paul Herriotts is the Technic
 al Specialist in Ergonomics at Jaguar Land Rover\, where he is involved in
  the development of all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. He has conside
 rable experience in the field of vehicle ergonomics\, having previously wo
 rked at the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA)\, and also at BMW G
 roup. He also has an applied research background having worked at universi
 ties in mainland Europe and the Far East\; he has researched extensively i
 n the field of older drivers and his PhD relates to this topic. Paul passi
 onately believes in 'user-centred' design and strives to ensure that vehic
 le design moves towards this goal\; this is evidenced in the Jaguar and La
 nd Rover vehicles we see today.
