  CEO of the Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP)\, the largest NGO workin
 g to alleviate poverty in north-west Pakistan. SRSP was active in relief a
 nd reconstruction activities following the 2005 earthquake\, the 2008/09 t
 errorist insurgency in the Swat Valley and the 2010 floods\, and worked cl
 osely with civil and military authorities.\n\nMasood ul-Mulk will draw on 
 his experience to discuss the challenges faced by NGOs when interacting wi
