DESCRIPTION:We discuss the possibility of creating a practical holomorphic
  functional calculus for bounded operators and elements in Banach algebras
 .  We start by  creating an explicit representation for the resolvent whic
 h  reduces the evaluations of Cauchy integrals into\nresidue calculus at a
  finite number of known points (and not at the spectrum).\n
