DESCRIPTION:We analyze the spectrum of higher-spin Regge excitations of qu
 arks and leptons in warped string theory compactifications\, using an effe
 ctive description based on the 5-dimensional Randall-Sundrum construction.
   We show that the spin-3/2 right-handed top excitation is the lightest of
  such resonances in a significant region of parameter space\, being possib
 ly lighter than the Kaluza-Klein excitations of Standard Model states. We 
 then discuss its possible signatures at both the Tevatron and the LHC\, as
  well its potential relevance for recent experimental results.\n\n(mainly
