 will and cohesion to carry on doing this day after day? Lt Col Holt of the
  Royal Marines explores these questions from the perspective of a tactical
  commander who has served twice in Iraq and twice in Afghanistan. He also 
 took part in one of the most daring and successful Commando raids in the h
 istory of modern warfare - Operation Houghton - the seizure of key Iraqi o
 il installations before the 2003 invasion.
