 ht to buy their homes".\n\nHe is quoted as having said "The Scots are subs
 idy junkies whingeing like crumpled bagpipes and waiting for a fix of Engl
 ish taxpayers' money" and that the UK should "leave the European Union\, c
 lose down 90 per cent of government services and shift power away from the
