fanciful and will explain why it is that many in the developed world are
now over-fed and under-nourished.\n\nStephen Halliday was educated at Bren

lgette and the Main Drainage of London which became his best-selling book
The Great Stink of London: Sir Joseph Bazalgette and the Cleansing of the
Victorian Metropolis. The book has been featured in many radio and televis
