DESCRIPTION:Non-gaussian statistics are a powerful discriminant between in
flationary models\, especially those with non-canonical kinetic structure.
Focusing on theories where the Lagrangian is an arbitrary Lorentz-invaran
t function of a scalar field and its first derivatives\, we review the com
putation of the observable three-point function. We present results of the
"next-order" slow-roll corrections in closed form\, finding that these ca
n be quite large - of order 70% in DBI inflation\, for example. We show th
at these results verify Maldacena's consistency condition at next-order fo
r the squeezed limit of the bispectrum\, and determine its leading-order s
 cale dependence.
