DESCRIPTION:The Cambridge Science Festival is the UK's largest free scienc
 e festival\, with hundreds of events centred around two weekends in March.
  Last year the Festival attracted over 35\,000 visitors\, mostly families 
 and children.\n\nThis year both DAMTP and DPMMS are taking part with a Mat
 hs Public Open Day on Saturday 26th March\, 12 noon - 4pm. We're looking f
 or students to get involved in creating activities and displays or volunte
 ering on the day. Last run 2 years ago\, the Maths Public Open Day is a gr
 eat opportunity to engage with the public and develop useful transferable 
 skills\, and enormous fun to take part in.\n\nFind out how to get involved
  at an information session on Wednesday 23rd February at 3pm in MR5.
