 Tim Radford is currently a freelance journalist\, but has previously worke
 d for The Guardian as their science editor. In his 32 years with the paper
  he also edited the letters\, arts and literary sections. He has been pres
 ented with the Award for Science Writer of the Year four times by the Asso
 ciation of British Science Writers.\n\nAdmission is free for BlueSci membe
 rs and £2 for members. All members of the University and public are welco
 me.
