DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, we will revisit recent works of T. Tao\, V. Vu 
 and others on large non-hermitian random matrices with independent and ide
 ntically distributed entries. We will explain the general strategy behind 
 this class of problems. As a byproduct\, we will explain why the  generali
 zed eigenvalues distribution of two independent matrices converges almost 
 surely to the uniform measure on the Riemann sphere.\n\n
